By creating an account or placing an order on SMM ORO you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our service

SMM ORO provides social media marketing services. We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, X or any other platform, and we cannot control changes these platforms make.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details and API key safe.
• One person or business may not use accounts to abuse offers or referral rewards.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.

3. Orders

• Make sure the link is correct and the profile or post is public before you order. Orders placed on a wrong or private link cannot be refunded.
• Do not place a second order for the same link and service until the first one is complete.
• Delivery times shown are averages, not guarantees.
• Once an order has started it cannot be changed.

4. Payments and balance

Funds added to your balance are used for orders on SMM ORO only. Chargebacks or payment disputes opened after funds are added lead to account suspension.

5. Refills and refunds

Refills and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal content, harassment, scams or anything that breaks the rules of the platform you order for.

7. Changes

We may update services, prices and these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
